Data controller and processor roles (Planmetrio SaaS Platform)
We inform data subjects that ClaimPro Bt. may act in a dual capacity regarding the Planmetrio platform it operates:
A) As a data controller: The Service Provider acts as a Data Controller during the provision of its own services on planmetrio.com (registration, credit purchases), related direct customer relations, and the provision of the Cloud Dashboard to individual users.
B) As a data processor: In cases where the system is used by B2B Partners (e.g., real estate agencies, contractors) to manage their team members and the property data or personal identifiers of their own clients, the Service Provider provides the technical platform. Regarding these processes, the Service Provider acts as a Data Processor. In such cases, the Data Controller is the B2B Partner itself; the exact purpose of data processing is defined by the Partner’s own privacy policy, and the Service Provider processes the data solely based on the Partner’s instructions.
4. Principles relating to processing of personal data
Personal data shall be:
-
processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner (‘lawfulness, fairness and transparency’);
-
collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes (‘purpose limitation’);
-
adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary (‘data minimisation’);
-
accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date (‘accuracy’);
-
kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary (‘storage limitation’);
-
processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data (‘integrity and confidentiality’). The controller shall be responsible for, and be able to demonstrate compliance with, the above (‘accountability’).
5. Description of data subjects’ rights

-
Email: hello@planmetrio.com
-
Phone: +36 30 160 0960

6. Data processing related to the use of online services (SaaS)
Fact of data collection, scope and purpose of processed data:
TECHNICAL AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER: We inform the User that the floor plans created on the online platform and the area, perimeter, and heating (HVAC) data automatically calculated by the software serve strictly for informational and technical estimating purposes. The PDF reports generated by Planmetrio do not constitute a certified architectural, engineering, or official land registry property survey.
Security checks and fraud prevention & alerts
The Service Provider’s legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) is the IT protection of the platform. The Service Provider continuously develops its fraud prevention systems and automated security alert mechanisms. These systems actively monitor registrations and transactions to prevent mass and malicious abuse of free credits (3 free projects), payment (credit card) fraud, and automated data mining (scraping).
During technical checks, based on Section 13/A(3) of the Elker tv., the Service Provider uses algorithms and alerts to identify suspicious patterns, IP address stacking, and proxy usage. If the fraud prevention system detects unauthorized activity, it may automatically suspend the affected accounts with immediate effect.
Duration of processing and automated deletion procedures (Retention)
If any condition in GDPR Art. 17(1) exists, processing lasts until the data subject’s deletion request. For accounting documents, 8 years based on the Accounting Act.
Floor Plan Data Deletion: The Service Provider retains cloud-stored project data, floor plans, and logos as long as the User’s account is active, or until the User manually deletes them from the Dashboard. Upon account deletion, data is irreversibly destroyed.
Security Audit Logs (DORA): To prove system resilience, security logs are retained for 1 year (365 days).
